Orders:
Customer service is very important to us and great care goes into each product.  Please note that most of our products are made to order.  If it is in stock we will ship it within 48 hours.  If not, your product will go into production immediately and you can expect to have it with in 7-10 business days (sometimes even sooner!).

Payment:
Payment by Credit Card - MasterCard and Visa are accepted through our secure server. We also accept Money Orders. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping:
All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 days). All of our items are shipped in new boxes to maintain their shape. When and item has been shipped you will be notified through email.

Return & Exchange Policy:
If you are not happy, we want to make you happy.  Unused, new products may be returned for exchange or refund up to 10 business days after purchase. We ask that you call prior to sending it back so that when we receive your product we are ready to process your return promptly. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and items should be mailed back in original packaging when possible. Sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
